Processing Time

All items are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $35

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days (after production)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high‑volume periods.

Delivery Timeframes

Total delivery time = production time + shipping time Most customers receive their orders within 5–10 business days.

Wrong Address Policy

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact the carrier directly

  3. If the carrier cannot locate it, email us at orangecatbehavior@gmail.com

We will do our best to help, but we cannot refund orders marked as delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@orangecatbehavior.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are custom‑made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
